Challenging coach
When I first started sessions with Michael,

Kick-ass coaching
Over the last few months there have been many positives from our coaching.
- the intangible has become more tangible
- I feel that I know myself much better
- the vague ill-defined mist of depression has distilled into discreet chunks - they still need sorting, however they are bite sized chunks rather than a mist that is impossible to deal with
- self esteem is higher and its continued boosting is a "mechanical process" much like carpentry - i just didnt realise this a few months back
- I have more hope and ideas for myself
